Please be aware that people are receiving email pretending to be sent from us. The emails might copy the subject of a genuine email that you sent in the past.

The emails contain a link that says "Read Message". These are hoaxes. Please do not click on the link.

If you have clicked on the link and provided any information about yourself please make sure you reset any passwords associated with the information you provided.

We do not normally send emails to patients. Please do contact us if you are concerned about an email that appears to have been sent from us.

This matter is being investigated by NHS Digital.
